Please be aware that the CONTRACEPTIVE PILL is not available using this system.

You will need to make a pill check appointment with a Practice Nurse. Certain medicines (for example: antidepressants, strong pain medications, antibiotics, sleeping tablets and some others) are also not routinely issued "on repeat". This is because regular review and contact with us is important for best treatment with these medicines.

To avoid delay in the processing of your request, please use the correct name of your medication as printed on your repeat order form.Please do not use up all your medicine or allow it to run very low before requesting your repeat prescription.

Unwanted medication and Sharps boxes

Please return medicines that are no longer needed or are out of date to your local Pharmacy The medical Practice is unable to accept any returns of any medicine at all.

The Practice is able to accept sharps boxes providing the prescription for it was issued by us.
